444game Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 444game (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered at 444game.wine, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, Aviator, fishing games and the VIP Club programme.

By completing the registration process on 444game and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any 444game service.

444game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account and via an in-platform notification. Continued use of 444game following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain an account on 444game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 444game applies strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your place of residence regarding online gambling.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only. Opening an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) where such classification would prevent the platform from accepting you as a customer under applicable regulations.
• You must not have been self-excluded from 444game or any affiliated platform. Attempts to register during an active self-exclusion period constitute a breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 444game at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details or same payment method — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 444game reserves the right to close the secondary account and, in cases of deliberate abuse, all associated accounts, with balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password. 444game will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 444game support at support@444game.wine immediately.

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• 444game recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available account security features.

All transactions on 444game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied. The following deposit methods are accepted:

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. 444game does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned, and the account may be subject to review.

444game processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within an average of 4 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within 2 business hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large amounts may trigger additional verification steps.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonus balances are clearly distinguished from real-money balances in your account dashboard.
• 444game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts. VIP Club members at Platinum tier and above receive enhanced withdrawal terms as detailed in Section 8.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit require additional identity verification, which 444game will request by email.

444game reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.

444game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" at the point of offer, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted. The wagering multiplier will always be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period stated on the individual promotion. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus balances are forfeited on expiry without refund.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–15%). The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be detailed on the offer page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on a 444game account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second simultaneous bonus unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet or stake is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifies a different limit. Bets above this limit during an active bonus wager period may result in the bonus being voided.
• Cashback bonuses from the VIP Club programme carry zero wagering requirements as detailed in Section 8.

All sports bets placed on 444game are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are detailed in the individual sport rule pages within the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and active once you receive a confirmation notification in your account. 444game reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion prior to acceptance confirmation.
• Void Bets: Bets will be voided and the stake returned if an event is cancelled, suspended without a result, or if the outcome cannot be determined. Postponed events are settled based on results if played within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided.
• Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error or data feed mistake, 444game reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. The correction of obvious errors is applied fairly and documented.
• In-Play Bets: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief confirmation delay to prevent exploitation of latent data feeds. This delay is typically less than 2 seconds and is applied consistently to all players.
• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs continue and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection. The overall stake remains unchanged.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum single-transaction payout on 444game is Rs 50,00,000 per day for sports betting, unless the player holds Diamond VIP tier status with custom limits agreed by their account manager.

Membership of the 444game VIP Club is automatic for all registered players from Bronze tier. Progression through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers is based on total monthly real-money wager amounts as detailed on the VIP Club page.

• Tier status is calculated monthly based on the previous calendar month's wager. Upgrades take effect on the 1st of the following month.
• A one-month grace period applies before any tier downgrade takes effect, allowing players time to maintain activity levels.
• Monthly cashback is calculated on net losses only (total wagers minus total winnings) within the calendar month. Cashback is credited on the 1st of the following month with zero wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed using active bonus funds contribute at 0.3x toward VIP tier progress. Real-money wagers contribute at 1x.
• 444game reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits at any time, with 30 days' notice to existing members where changes reduce benefits at their current tier.
• Personal account managers at Platinum and Diamond tier are allocated at the sole discretion of 444game's VIP team. The platform guarantees assignment within 5 business days of tier activation at Platinum level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using third parties to claim bonuses on your behalf, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account in order to transfer value between accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or sports betting markets in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods. All fraud reports are passed to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events that you have knowledge of or involvement in fixing or manipulating. 444game cooperates with all relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies investigating match fixing.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit odds movements or systematically profit from technical errors without human decision-making involvement.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a person under 18 years of age.

444game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Players will be notified before any dormant account action is taken.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus balances and amounts under investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the closure is related to fraud or illegal activity, in which case balances may be held pending investigation.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so via account settings or by contacting support@444game.wine. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 1 business day.

444game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all players within their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set time period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily prevent deposits and betting activity for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account. Self-exclusion applies across all 444game products. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Requests are processed within 1 business day.

• 444game uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions between your device and the platform servers.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 444game, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests should be directed to support@444game.wine.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 444game arising from your use of the platform or from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the 444game support team at support@444game.wine.

Disputes regarding bet settlements should be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being published. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered. 444game's internal complaints process aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, 444game will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Details of available ADR processes can be provided by the support team upon request.

444game's decisions on matters of bet settlement, account conduct and these Terms are final where the evidence supports them, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
